Welcome to Vita’s Happy Healthy Hydration Mini Course!

Water is without a doubt the most important nutrient available to us yet somehow it gets overlooked way too often. It’s especially important to stay hydrated during these hot summer months while we’re outside a lot more going on adventures. I mean I get it, life is busy and it’s so easy to forget to drink enough water. From work, to kids, to cooking, to cleaning yogurt off every dang surface in the house, (that last one might just be my crazy kids) I often forget to drink enough water too! 

Sure I’ll have a water bottle after my morning workout and one with each meal but how much is enough? What are the health benefits to being fully hydrated? These are some of the questions I’m going to answer as well as some tips and tricks for helping you reach your hydration goals!
