Insurance Reimbursed Dietitian Visits

We are excited to offer a free insurance billing service to our clients. Many individuals are unaware that their insurance benefits most likely offer visits to a Dietitian for nutritional care. We commonly see 3-26 free visits each year! Currently, we are in-network with Aetna, AmeriHealth, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United & Cigna. If you would like to check your benefits, click the link below for the how-to handout. If you have BlueCross, United, or Cigna, we ask you to fill out the Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) Medical Necessity Form prior to coming in. This helps us code your visit correctly so we have fewer claims that need to be resubmitted.
