Medical Nutrition Therapy
We collaborate with your medical team to provide science-based nutrition recommendations and practical help implementing changes that make sense for you. We specialize in heart disease, gastrointestinal conditions, inflammation, food allergies, immunology, and women's health (PCOS, gestational DM, lactation consulting, etc).
Family Nutrition
We love working with families to build healthy habits around food, and cultivate positive attitudes around food and body image.
We also offer practical help such as meal-planning, recipes, and work with you to create realistic goals.
Intuitive Eating & Eating Disorders
Work with a registered dietitian who specializes in eating disorders or intuitive eating. We provide 1-on-1 support and nutrition counseling for clients with anorexia, orthorexia, bulimia, food anxiety, and compulsive overeating.
